Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is seeking a Director of Dining Services to lead food service operations for a healthcare dining account near Birmingham, AL. This role will oversee day-to-day operations and manage a team, ensuring high-quality food and strong client relations.

The Director will work with the Chef and management to create menus, supervise budgeting, and roll out new culinary programs across the account.

Qualifications

• BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred.
• Three to five years of foodservice operation experience.
• High volume production and catering experience is essential.
• Previous experience managing a budget.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Director of Dining Services to join our Morrison Healthcare team and lead food service operations within a healthcare setting near Birmingham, AL.

Working as a Director of Dining Services, you are responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations for a dining account. You will manage and lead a team of associates. You will be responsible for managing client relations, along with ensuring that the food offered to the customers is of superior quality. Additionally, you will be responsible for the following:
