The role requires a hands-on leader who builds relationships with nursing leadership, clients, and associates while driving a high-performing team to deliver outstanding patient and guest experiences.

Competenze

• BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred.
• Three to five years of foodservice operation experience.
• Previous experience managing a budget.
• High Volume Production And Catering Experience Is Essential.

Job Summary

Working as a Director of Dining Services, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a healthcare dining account, ensuring exceptional food quality, service excellence, and strong operational performance.
