Director of Dining Services – Morrison Healthcare – Columbia, SC

Salary: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 (annual bonus potential)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Director of Dining Services to lead food service operations within a healthcare setting. The role involves overseeing day‑to‑day operations, managing a team, maintaining client relationships, ensuring profitability, and developing talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all P&L and budgeting for the account
• Maintain excellent relationships with the client
• Work with the Chef and management team to create nutritious, high‑quality food for patients and guests
• Implement new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary teams
• Act as a liaison between the company, client, and community

Preferred Qualifications

• BS in Hospitality preferred
• Three to five years of foodservice management experience required
• Dining experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
