Job summary

Trinnex seeks a Director of Digital Technology Operations & Innovation to guide the software engineering organization’s strategy, delivery, and technical health. You will oversee architecture, cybersecurity, platform scalability, and adoption of modern engineering practices while partnering with stakeholders to deliver high‑quality, AI‑enabled solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field required.
15+ years related experience with leadership experience preferred.
Experience leading software engineering organizations handling product development and delivery.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, and data platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead engineering strategy, delivery, and governance to ensure timely, secure, and scalable software solutions.
Define technology and architecture strategies to improve performance, health, and sustainability.
