Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive fundraising experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior development role.
• Proven track record securing major gifts, winning competitive grants, and executing profitable events.
• Strategic thinking to translate goals into revenue strategies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication for grant proposals and presentations.
• Experience with fundraising software and CRM; Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual multi-channel development plan to meet budget goals.
• Partner with the Executive Director and Board to align fundraising strategy with growth priorities.
• Establish KPIs to track performance, donor retention, and ROI with regular reports.
• Oversee the development budget and allocate resources cost-effectively.
• Identify and cultivate major donors and grant prospects; lead donor acquisition.
• Plan and manage signature fundraising events and donor receptions.
