Publicis Groupe’s health media arm seeks a Director of Applied Data Science in Chicago. You will lead models, ML, and privacy-compliant analytics for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients, guiding cross-functional teams and delivering actionable insights.

You will mentor analysts, drive standardized analytics, and present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, shaping data-driven marketing decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; Master's preferred.
• 6+ years leading data science, ML, or marketing analytics projects.
• Strong Python, R, SQL, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with cloud analytics platforms and privacy considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, validation, and deployment of statistical models and ML solutions.
• Translate business objectives into scalable analytical approaches.
• Analyze large healthcare datasets (claims, prescriptions, HCP data) for insights.
• Apply MMM, attribution, and lift testing to optimize campaigns.
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate across Strategy, Tech, Analytics, and Client teams.
• Develop dashboards and clear presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.
