CVS Health seeks a Lead Director of Data Science & Forecasting for Underwriting to guide accuracy, risk management, and financial integrity across analytics-driven underwriting products. You will lead a 10+ person team delivering P&L forecasting, validation, and reporting within underwriting software.

Competenze
- 12+ years of analytics, decision science, BI, or data validation experience.
- 5+ years leading large analytical teams and developing leaders.
- Expertise in validation, anomaly detection, and financial validation.
Mansioni
- Lead data science and analytics strategy for underwriting transformation software products.
- Design predictive and scenario-based analytic capabilities for underwriting, pricing, and risk decisions.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to embed analytics into core workflows and dashboards.
