  • Manage project budgets, monitor spend, and adjust plans to maintain financial targets.
  • Review and approve contracts and commercial commitments with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure construction activities comply with applicable safety requirements, regulations, and Switch standards.
  • Establish and maintain consistent quality control processes across projects.
  • Identify construction, schedule, cost, and delivery risks early and ensure mitigation plans are implemented.
  • Resolve escalated issues that affect project delivery, safety, quality, cost, or performance.
  • Partner with Program Management, Data Center Operations, Engineering, and other internal teams to maintain alignment throughout project delivery.
  • Monitor contractor and vendor performance and address issues that affect project outcomes.
  • Communicate project status, risks, decisions, and outcomes clearly to senior leadership.
  • Drive consistent construction processes, standards, and execution practices across the region.
  • Develop construction managers and project leaders through clear expectations, feedback, coaching, and accountability.
What We’re Looking For
  • You make clear decisions and hold teams accountable for results.
  • You communicate directly and ensure critical information reaches the right stakeholders.
  • You maintain a strong focus on safety, planning, quality, and risk prevention.
  • You identify problems early and bring practical solutions.
  • You establish consistent standards across teams, projects, and locations.
  • You balance schedule, cost, quality, and operational requirements when making decisions.
  • You build trust through reliable follow-through and clear ownership.
  • You work effectively across internal teams, contractors, vendors, and senior leadership.
  • You develop managers and project leaders while maintaining accountability for performance.
