Insight Global is seeking a Director for Cybersecurity, IAM & Data Security Engineering. Hybrid role in Morristown, NJ, requiring 12+ years in information security with 5+ years in leadership. Qualifications

• 12+ years in information security with at least 5 years in senior leadership managing security engineering teams.
• Deep hands-on expertise in IAM technologies: Okta, Azure Active Directory / Entra ID, SailPoint, CyberArk.
• Proven success delivering enterprise IAM and data security programs in regulated industries (healthcare or financial services).
• Experience implementing Zero Trust, PAM, CIAM, and data governance at scale in AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML 2.0, SCIM, and FIDO2.
• Experience with data security tooling: DLP, key management, tokenization, data discovery/classification.
• Executive presence and ability to communicate with C-suite and stakeholders.
• Experience recruiting and retaining diverse engineering teams.
• Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CISA.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps, IaC security controls (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Experience integrating acquired companies post-M&A.
• Advanced degree (MS or MBA).
