• Experience managing external security providers

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cybersecurity and GRC strategy and long-term roadmap aligned with business objectives
• Lead risk assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments
• Oversee GRC program for audits and regulatory standards
• Coordinate security communications, awareness, and policy development
• Provide leadership during cybersecurity incidents and coordinate with stakeholders
• Mentor cybersecurity and GRC team to drive performance
