Reporting to the VP of Corporate Strategy, you will partner with executive leadership to identify growth opportunities, lead cross-functional projects, and mentor a high-performing strategy team. This on-site role at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio requires a strong track record in strategy, consulting, and leadership, with the ability to translate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
• 8–12 years of experience in strategy, consulting, corporate strategy, or similar roles with retail, consumer, or omnichannel experience preferred.
• Ability to translate complex challenges into actionable strategies and drive growth.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with executive leadership.
