Job summary

ADP is seeking a Director, Container Application Security to lead security across containerized software and supply-chain risk. This Hybrid role can sit in Alpharetta, GA or Roseland, NJ, reporting to the GSO EAS team, and driving governance, dashboards, and secure development practices.

The role requires extensive container security experience, strong communication, and the ability to partner with engineering, product, and security teams to reduce risk across ADP’s internal products.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in IT or cybersecurity with leadership in multi-cloud/container environments.
• Experience leading Container Application Security programs.
• Deep knowledge of OWASP/SANS vulnerabilities.
• Proficient in CI/CD pipelines and secure coding practices.
• Ability to communicate security concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive container security and supply-chain risk across ADP’s business units.
• Institutionalize image scanning and shift-left DevSecOps.
• Manage vulnerability remediation workflows for containers.
• Develop and maintain roadmaps, policies, and alerts.
• Lead training and governance for secure development.
• Measure progress with KPIs and dashboards; provide reports.
• Collaborate with technology and product stakeholders.
