As Director of Construction (Data Centers), you’ll join a collaborative team delivering award‑winning engineering, construction management, and design‑build solutions for hyperscale and enterprise data center clients. You will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of a complex data center construction project in Saint Francisville, LA, engaging directly with clients, construction teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure technical excellence, schedule adherence, and budget performance. Your ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, navigate challenges, and drive innovation will be key to your success in this fast‑paced, high‑impact environment.

The base salary range for this position is $168,900.00 to $232,200.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
