As Director of Construction (Data Centers), you’ll join our collaborative team delivering award‑winning engineering, construction management, and design‑build solutions for hyperscale and enterprise data center clients. We’re seeking a passionate leader to support our project in Corpus Christi, TX, who thrives on collaboration, exceeds expectations, and challenges the status quo.
In this role, you’ll be accountable for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of a complex data center construction project. You’ll engage directly with clients, construction teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure technical excellence, schedule adherence, and budget performance. Your ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, navigate challenges, and drive innovation will be key to your success in this fast‑paced, high‑impact environment.

The base salary range for this position is $182,500.00 to $251,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
