Job description

Fieldwire is looking for a Director of Construction. We are looking for professionals that are proactive, detail-oriented, friendly, and passionate about improving the construction industry. The Director will be responsible for managing customer success and solutions engineering teams while being the face of Fieldwire to many of our strategic clients.

What you’ll be doing

A day in the life of a Director of Construction will find you doing the following tasks & frequently solving these types of problems:

  • Overseeing the managers of Solutions Engineering and Construction Success Manager teams
  • Developing and improving processes
  • Headcount planning and preliminary budgeting
  • Work closely with cross functional Go-to-Market leadership on driving the company revenue goals

The primary responsibilities for our next Director of Construction will be to:

  • Establishing and managing objectives and key results and key performance indicators for measuring success and impact, with assistance from Vice President
  • Create, maintain, and expand business through the solutions engineering and construction success teams
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients
  • Sharing customer insights across the company
  • Establish and drive a customer-focused culture into all levels of the organization
  • Management of multiple managers
  • Prepare forecasts and analyses for team achievement and presenting to leadership

At Fieldwire, we’re looking for our next Director of Construction to have the following skills and experiences

  • Complete understanding of the construction industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and G-Suite
  • Past experience leading a group of managers
  • Past experience working in a large organization

Compensation:

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows: $184,937 - $226,034

The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US. Minimums and Maximums may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors such as your skills, qualifications and experience. In addition to the salary you may be eligible for a corporate bonus which can range up to 20%.

Where is the job located?

This role is based remotely within the United States. Candidates based in San Francisco, CA are preferred and would be Hybrid.
