Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Project Executive to lead and oversee multiple modular data center construction projects nationwide. You will ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

Travel up to 40% to sites, build and guide construction teams, and manage substantial budgets. Candidates should have 10+ years in mission-critical construction, with experience in hyperscale data centers or similar complex facilities.

About the Role:

The Project Executive will lead and oversee multiple modular data center construction projects nationally, which are critical to Crusoe’s Digital Infrastructure segment. As a key leader within the organization, you will ensure the successful delivery of multiple complex projects—on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What You’ll Be Working On:

• You’ll lead complex, multi-site AI Data Center construction projects

• You’ll help build and lead teams of construction industry professionals

• Interface with multiple internal teams including our Spark product team, cloud and networking teams, and factory colleagues

• Work with large scale budgets

• Operate as a key leader on some of the most innovative projects in the data center industry

• Travel as needed (up to 40%) to oversee multiple project sites and investigate future sites

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

• You have over 10 years of experience in construction management of mission critical projects. Preferred experience building hyperscale data centers, battery energy storage facilities, substation development, or very complex manufacturing facilities

• You have a proven track record of managing and delivering very challenging projects and delivering on time and on (or under) budget

• You have deep understanding of construction best practices, methodologies, budgeting, scheduling, and quality management

• You enjoy the challenge of working under tight deadlines

Compensation Range

Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $238,000 -$280,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
