Job summary

Progressive is seeking a senior leader to drive construction execution across Greenlink transmission, substation, and telecom projects in the United States. The role requires overseeing construction managers, contractors, and field crews while coordinating with engineering, permitting, environmental, land, and project management teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of utility construction leadership experience.
• Experience managing Construction Managers and large field organizations.
• Experience delivering major capital projects in the hundreds of millions or billions of dollars.
• Strong understanding of environmental compliance, land permitting, and regulatory requirements.
• Utility owner, EPC, or large infrastructure construction background.
• Ability to oversee contractor performance, project execution, safety, schedule, budget, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction execution for Greenlink transmission, substation, and telecom projects.
• Manage construction managers, contractors, and field personnel.
• Coordinate with engineering, permitting, environmental, land, and project management teams.

Job description

• New build substation construction experience


• High-voltage transmission construction experience (500kV preferred, 345kV+ minimum)


• New-build utility infrastructure project experience


• Candidates who do not have all three core disciplines (substation, transmission, and telecom) will not be considered.
