You will lead long-term strategy, architect scalable solutions, and guide research directions while remaining technically hands-on when needed. This senior role offers significant influence and cross-geo leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical leadership experience within Computer Vision and Machine Learning.
• Proven experience leading and scaling organisations of 50+ engineers and researchers.
• Hands-on experience building and optimizing Computer Vision models.
• Experience deploying AI and Computer Vision solutions onto edge devices.
• Experience with real time video processing and inference optimization.
• Ability to define long-term technical strategy, architecture, and roadmaps.
• Proven experience leading complex 0 to 1 AI products from concept through production.
• Strong people leadership experience across multiple teams and geographies.
• Ability to remain technically engaged while operating at Director level.

As Director of Computer Vision, you will lead the technical vision, research strategy, and engineering execution for a large distributed Computer Vision organisation.
