Job summary

Northern Colorado Rehabilitation Hospital in Johnstown, Colorado seeks a Director of Compliance to lead Infection Prevention, Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management, Medical Staff Services, and Quality Management in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will provide clinical leadership to ensure regulatory adherence and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Current, valid, and active Registered Nurse license in the state of employment.
• Minimum four years clinical experience preferred.
• Two years in a role with regulatory/hospital licensure/accreditation experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Federal, State and Joint Commission standards.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work closely with others.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership for Infection Prevention/Control, Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management, Medical Staff Services, and Quality Management/Improvement.
• Guide and collaborates with Medical Staff and Clinical Team on the Hospital Performance Improvement Plan.
• Ensure timely submission of data for internal and external databases and regulatory reporting.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, The Joint Commission, and State/Federal regulations and hospital policies.
