AutoPayPlus in Orlando, FL is hiring a Director of Compliance to lead and strengthen our enterprise compliance program. You will report to the Chief Compliance Officer and partner with leaders across the business to support responsible growth while ensuring adherence to BSA/AML, OFAC, GLBA and consumer protection rules.

You will oversee the Compliance Management System, regulatory examinations, third‑party oversight, and develop reporting and training to build team capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8–10+ years in fintech/banking/regulatory compliance.
• CAMS/CRCM/CFE/CCEP or comparable certification preferred.

Reporting to our Chief Compliance Officer, you’ll strengthen our enterprise compliance program and partner with leaders across the business to support responsible growth.

In this role, you’ll:

• Lead and enhance our Compliance Management System (CMS).
• Oversee regulatory compliance, risk assessments, monitoring, and testing.
• Lead audits, regulatory examinations, and corrective action efforts.
• Guide regulatory change management and third-party compliance oversight.
• Develop compliance reporting, training, and team capabilities.

What you’ll bring:

• 8–10+ years of progressive compliance experience in fintech, banking, payments, consumer finance, or another highly regulated environment.
• Prior compliance leadership experience and a strong background in enterprise compliance programs.
• Knowledge of BSA/AML, OFAC, GLBA, UDAAP, MSB requirements, and consumer protection regulations.
• Strong judgment, communication skills, and the ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
• A bachelor’s degree in a related field. CAMS, CRCM, CFE, CCEP, or comparable certification preferred.

Orlando, Florida | Fully onsite, Monday–Friday

Candidates must reside in the Orlando area. This role is not remote or hybrid.
