Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Shape the organization’s Total Rewards strategy, including compensation philosophy, job architecture, salary structures, merit programs, benefits, and pay equity.
  • Establish consistent compensation governance across the business, providing oversight of benchmarking, pay decisions, exceptions, and recurring market reviews.
  • Advance HR technology capabilities by improving data integrity, reporting, automation, integrations, and employee self-service.
  • Provide leadership across benefits, payroll, and leave administration while maintaining compliance across multiple locations and jurisdictions.
  • Use workforce analytics and financial modeling to evaluate program effectiveness, identify trends, and provide leadership with actionable insights.
