The Director of Compensation is responsible for the governance and execution of all compensation programs across retail stores and the Store Support Center for EG America. This role works with the VP of Total Rewards to set the enterprise compensation philosophy and then ensures programs are competitive, scalable, and aligned to business performance. This leader oversees base salary structures, incentive design, job architecture, and market competitiveness. They serve as a key advisor to senior leadership, partnering closely with HR, Finance, and Executive teams to drive data-informed compensation decisions that support talent attraction, retention, and business growth.
All levels of management across the organization
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Human Resources or related field
Preferred Education: Master's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Human Resources or related field
Minimum Experience: 8-12 years in Finance or Human Resources with strong analytical duties
Preferred Experience: 12+ years in Finance or Human Resources with strong analytic duties
Travel: Minimal
Hours & Conditions: Monday - Friday 8 hour day in office setting
Physical Requirements: Ability to maneuver and regularly lift and or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
