Nebraska Methodist Health System is seeking an experienced professional to oversee and manage all aspects of professional medical coding and billing operations within our facility.
The role requires leadership to guide a team, ensure compliance with ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS Level II, and stay updated with regulatory changes; bachelor degree and relevant certification are required.

Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of professional medical coding and billing operations within our healthcare facility. A strong understanding of medical coding practices and guidelines, as well as the ability to lead a team and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management or related field OR equivalent combination of education/experience combined (one year of education equals one year of experience) required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical coding, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role required.
