Job summary

You will translate strategy into rigorous clinical plans, endpoints, analyses, and regulatory deliverables, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure scientifically sound studies.

The role requires an advanced life-science degree and 8+ years in clinical development, with ophthalmology/gene-therapy experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to author high-quality clinical protocols and regulatory documents.
• Strong understanding of trial design, endpoints, and data interpretation.
• Experience with FDA/global regulatory expectations and clinical development standards.

Responsibilities

• Translate development strategy into rigorous clinical plans and regulatory deliverables.
• Lead the development of clinically meaningful endpoints and study concepts.
• Provide leadership to cross-functional teams ensuring scientific alignment with execution.
• Review and communicate safety, efficacy, and biomarker data; identify trends.
• Contribute to regulatory submissions and briefing documents for health authorities.
