• Certifications: CCRP, ACRP-CP, CCRC, CHRC or other research credential within 2 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Serve as administrative lead for sponsored and investigator-initiated research across Baptist Health System.
• Lead Research managers to ensure efficient day-to-day operations and strong financial performance.
• Oversee operational processes, budgets, HR, regulatory compliance, and standardization of activities.
• Support investigator engagement and foster a culture of accountability and regulatory compliance.
