Job summary

Berman Health Club in Naples, Florida seeks a Director of Clinical Performance who is a licensed PT (DPT) or ATC. This full-time leadership role combines clinical excellence with system-building, mentorship, and strategic growth.

You will lead clinicians, refine treatment pathways, and scale our performance and longevity initiatives. Lead by example, coach younger staff, and partner with ownership to drive patient outcomes and innovation.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT) or Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC).
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Leadership or management experience strongly preferred.
• Passion for movement, rehabilitation, performance, and longevity.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
