Job summary

University Veterinary Hospital in Shreveport, LA seeks a Director of Client Experience and Marketing to lead all client-facing operations, oversee the Patient Care Coordinator team, and drive a cohesive brand across marketing channels.

You will develop leaders, shape the annual marketing plan, manage reputation, and partner with hospital leadership to strengthen client loyalty and sustainable growth within the Suveto network.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of leadership experience in client-facing environments.
• Experience coaching employees, managing schedules, resolving conflicts, and improving processes.
• Strong written, verbal, digital, and social media communication skills.
• Ability to interpret client feedback and performance metrics and convert findings into action plans.
• Proficiency with practice-management software, Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and digital communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the Patient Care Coordinator department and staff.
• Own the client experience from first contact through post-visit follow-up, including service recovery.
• Develop and execute annual marketing plans, and maintain brand voice across channels.
• Coordinate community partnerships, events, sponsorships, and outreach activities.
• Oversee onboarding and training for customer service, and drive process improvements.
• Monitor department metrics and reports to guide growth and service quality improvements.
