Fit Recruiting partners with a well-established church in Mobile, AL to recruit a Director of Christian Formation who will build vibrant educational ministries for children, youth, and adults. Fit Recruiting is partnering with a well-established church in Mobile, AL, to find a passionate and engaging Director of Christian Formation to lead and grow its educational ministries for children, youth, and adults. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing meaningful programs, and making a lasting impact on individuals and families.

Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week), including Sundays

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop Christian education programs for children, youth, and adults.
• Plan and coordinate engaging ministry activities, events, and educational opportunities.
• Recruit, train, and support volunteers.
• Build meaningful relationships with children, youth, families, and church members.
• Collaborate with church leadership to strengthen and grow educational ministries.
• Communicate regularly with families, volunteers, and church members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Christian Education, Theology, or a related field.
• Experience leading children's, youth, family, or educational ministries in a church or related setting.

• Commitment to Reformed theology and the mission of the Presbyterian Church (USA).
• Familiarity with Canva, Google Docs, or church management software is a plus.
• Competitive salary of $60K–$70K, depending on experience.
