Job summary

The Healthcare Initiative in the Southwestern Region seeks a Director of Cardiovascular Services to lead the next growth phase, oversee major Cath Lab modernization, and launch/relauch EP and Structural Heart programs. The role sits with executive leadership, reporting directly to the COO, with capital support for technology and program development and strong cross‑department collaboration.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of cardiovascular or Cath Lab leadership, an active RCIS or RN license,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Cardiovascular or Cath Lab leadership experience.
• Active RCIS or RN license.
• EP or Cath Lab clinical experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen physician relationships and service line alignment.
• Optimize throughput and lab utilization.
• Develop clinical leaders and succession depth.
• Support continued expansion of cardiovascular services.
• Align quality, patient outcomes, and financial performance.
