Job summary

Qualifications

• Current licensure per state guidelines in clinical or related discipline.
• Working knowledge of the health care insurance industry and government reimbursement.
• Minimum two (2) years of health and human services leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate health care decisions to assure treatment plans that improve quality and patient outcomes.
• Coordinate care across the continuum; promote cost-effective care within the allotted time frame.
• Ensure payments of hospital-based services meet patient-related utilization criteria and discharge planning.
