Reporting to the President, the Director designs, implements, and amplifies various development and learning opportunities for grantees and the local youth development community, in addition to the systems and protocols to ensure effective participatory grantmaking decisions.

Job description

BCYF does more than grantmaking. We collaborate with Baltimore’s grassroots organizations and community leaders to empower youth and young adults.

These are the kinds of experiences that all young people need to feed their curiosity, learn about their world, build confidence and stay on track in school.
