Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of new business development experience.
  • Direct construction sales experience in distribution centers, cold storage facilities, light industrial manufacturing, or commercial is preferred.
  • Design-build experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with business development software (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Pipedrive) required or preferred.

A Day in the Life:

  • Identify and develop relationships with industry professionals to generate new business opportunities
  • Create and expand ARCO’s footprint and establish top of mind awareness
