Job summary

ARCO Companies seeks a Director of Business Development to pursue new clients nationwide and sit on-site at the Bellevue, WA office. You will lead growth in construction and design-build, building relationships with industry professionals and expanding ARCO’s footprint.

You will identify opportunities, shape the sales plan, and travel as needed up to 40% while joining a fast-growing, design-build-focused firm with a strong history and generous benefits.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of new business development experience.
  • Highly prefer business development experience via cold calling.
  • Highly prefer direct sales experience in light industrial/manufacturing, commercial, food & beverage, or cold storage.
  • Highly prefer design-build experience.
  • Proficiency in business development software (e.g. Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Pipedrive).

Responsibilities

  • Research and analyze key economic factors that may influence market activity within specific niche markets or geographic areas.

We are looking for a Director of Business Development to pursue new clients nationally, to sit on-site in our Bellevue, WA office. This represents typical base compensation for the role. Candidates with extensive experience may exceed this range. In addition to base salary, the role is eligible to receive discretionary bonus compensation based on individual and company performance.

$100,000 - $180,000 USD
