This senior role partners with Operations, Marketing, Finance, IT, and franchise stakeholders to translate data into actionable strategies that drive sales, traffic, and profitability. You will manage a small analytics team, set priorities, develop executive reviews and forecasts, govern data quality, and advance analytics capabilities to support enterprise

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field required. MBA or higher degree preferred.
10+ years of progressive experience in analytics, finance, strategy, BI, or related fields.
Experience in multi-unit restaurant, retail, hospitality, or franchise organizations preferred.
Exceptional executive communication and storytelling with data-driven narratives.

Responsibilities

Lead analysis of Applebee's performance, translating sales, traffic, guest behavior, profitability, forecasting, and trends into recommendations.
Develop executive reviews, scorecards, forecasts, and strategic recommendations.
Partner with Marketing, Operations, and Consumer Insights to evaluate promotions, menu initiatives, and media effectiveness.
Own analytics for the Applebee's brand, setting priorities and aligning with enterprise analytics.
Lead data governance, KPI development, and reporting validation with IT.
