ICM Solutions is seeking a strategic, results-driven Director of Branch Management to lead the operational and financial performance of our crushing and screening branch network. This role provides leadership and direction for all branch operations across seven locations and holds accountability for safety, product support delivery, the customer experience, and branch P&L. It directly manages all Branch Managers, who own day-to-day execution.

As the primary operational leader for the branch network, the Director of Branch Management drives consistent execution of company standards, achievement of financial objectives, employee development, and a strong safety culture. The role partners closely with the Vice President of Operations and cross-functional leaders to advance profitability, continuous improvement, growth initiatives, and organizational alignment.

  • Coach, develop, and hold Branch Managers accountable for branch results.
  • Establish and maintain common operating standards, processes, and best practices across the network.
  • Conduct regular branch visits to assess performance, identify opportunities, and provide direct leadership support.
  • Drive operational excellence through performance management, process improvement, and standardization initiatives.
  • Balance technician capacity, service resources, and parts availability across branches to meet customer uptime commitments.

  • Develop, monitor, and manage branch operating budgets in partnership with Finance and Operations leadership.
  • Analyze branch financial statements and key indicators including P&L performance, gross margin, labor efficiency, absorption rate, and inventory turns.
  • Set branch-level financial targets and hold Branch Managers accountable for achieving them.
  • Identify and implement strategies to improve profitability, operational efficiency, and cost management.
  • Participate in annual planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Prepare and present operational and financial performance reporting to executive leadership.
Leadership & Talent Development
  • Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain high-performing Branch Managers and future operational leaders.

  • Conduct performance reviews and establish measurable development plans.
  • Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
  • Support workforce planning and organizational growth strategies.
  • Champion employee engagement and reinforce ICM Solutions’ culture and values.
Strategic Planning & Business Growth
  • Partner with the Vice President of Operations to develop and execute operational strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Analyze performance data and trends to identify growth and improvement opportunities.
  • Support branch expansion, facility improvements, and organizational growth objectives.
  • Lead initiatives that increase market share, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability.
  • Serve as the primary link between executive leadership and branch operations.
