Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a reporting and/or analytics role.
• Demonstrated experience managing teams and developing individuals.
• Advanced knowledge of relational databases and data modeling.
• Experience owning delivery and product roadmaps aligned with business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Define and own BI product roadmaps aligned with business strategies.
• Ensure effective coordination across BI, Analytics Engineering and Data Engineering teams.
• Lead, mentor and develop BI team members.
• Promote adoption of modern BI and AI tools and capabilities.
