Job summary

The New England Collegiate Baseball League is seeking a Director of Baseball Operations experienced in a baseball-centric analytics team. You will lead the analytics group in preparing daily reports for the coaching staff on opponents and our players, and manage the X Page informing the MLB scouting community about tomorrow's starter and game metrics.

You'll oversee TrackMan and Synergy Sports during home games at Fraser Field, work with Navs coaching staff on strategy, and transfer data for

• Experience in baseball analytics and reporting for coaching staff.
• Ability to produce daily opponent and player reports.
• Familiarity with baseball statistics and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily reports for coaching staff on opponents and players.
• Maintain X Page to inform MLB scouting community of next day’s starter and game metrics.
• Oversee TrackMan and Synergy Sports during home games.
• Transfer data for staff review and NECBL/partner companies.
• Collaborate with Navs coaching staff to develop strategies for peak performance and championship contention.
• Serve as secondary official scorekeeper using PrestoStats.

Job description

The Director of Baseball Operations will have experience working with a baseball-centric analytics team and be responsible for the analytics team preparing daily reports for the coaching staff on opponents and our own players. Manage our X Page to inform the MLB scouting community of the next day’s starter and metrics for both offense and pitching from the previous game.

• Responsible for the use of two cutting-edge technology platforms, TrackMan Baseball and Synergy Sports, during all home games at Fraser Field.
• Work closely with the Navs coaching staff to develop strategies to help our players perform at their peak level and compete for a championship.
• Oversee both platforms and transfer information for review by the staff, the NECBL and both companies.
• Must have knowledge and experience with baseball statistics and be able to serve as a secondary official scorekeeper using PrestoStats.
