Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Director of Quality Engineering to design, build, and sustain automated QA capabilities across Customer and Commercial product teams in a modern Product Operating Model.

This hands-on role leads automated QA frameworks, pipelines, and platforms, ensuring releases are fast and confident by embedding quality from discovery through production, and by reducing manual testing through scalable automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 8 years of hands-on experience building automated QA solutions.
• Proven track record creating and sustaining automation at enterprise scale.
• Deep expertise in test automation frameworks, CI/CD integration, and cloud-native systems.
• Strong understanding of API, UI, data, performance, and security testing automation.
• Ability to communicate automation value and risk in business terms.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and sustain automated QA capabilities across product teams.
• Define automated QA strategy and architecture for platforms.
• Deliver automation pipelines integrated into CI/CD and maintain them.
• Coach engineers on effective automation practices (IC role).
• Partner with product and engineering leadership to embed automation in discovery and delivery.
• Translate automation metrics into business impact narratives.
