Job summary

Collaborate with cross-functional groups, engage customers to translate requirements into specifications, and oversee new power products from design to release, reinforcing onsemi as a leader in power electronics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with 10+ years of experience.
• Proven experience in power discrete and module applications.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate teams.
• Power management knowledge beyond single transistor.
• Extensive experience with high voltage lab equipment.

• Lead the IGBT Division Applications team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and innovation
• Engage with customers to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Support customers on IGBT application
• Position onsemi as a leader in power electronics
• Provide technical support to customers during design phases and troubleshoot issues
• Oversee the development and release of new power products

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and 10+ years of experience
• Proven experience in power discrete and module applications
• Strong leadership skills and ability to build and motivate teams
• Power management knowledge beyond the single transistor
• Highly experience with lab equipment used in high voltage power products

Preferred

• Masters or PhD
• Experience with testing for power discretes and modules
• Familiar with reliability standards
• Experience power semiconductor process
