Job summary

Treeline Biosciences is seeking a Director of Analytical Development & Quality Control in Watertown, MA. The role provides strategic direction for analytical development, method validation, transfer, and QC across small molecules and ADC programs within a 100% outsourced model.

You will collaborate with Drug Substance, Drug Product, ADC production, Regulatory Affairs, QA, and CDMOs to ensure cGMP compliance and timely program milestones. Strong leadership and ADC-focused analytics are essential.

Qualifications

• Ph.D./MS in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for analytical development and QC.
• Oversee external analytical operations and ensure GMP compliance.
• Collaborate with CDMOs and internal teams to define CQAs and control strategies.
• Lead method development, validation, transfer, and lifecycle management.
