Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional seeks a Director of Communications to shape global corporate, AI, and technology leadership narratives. You will advise executives, craft press materials, and drive high-profile programs across product, marketing, and partnerships in a fast-moving technology environment.

You’ll lead with judgment and execution, use AI to elevate speed and quality, and build trusted relationships across a large matrixed organization while delivering visible results under tight

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive corporate communications and public relations experience.
• Experience leading corporate, technology, and product communications programs.
• Proven ability to independently lead complex PR initiatives from strategy to execution.
• Strong experience communicating AI and complex topics clearly.
• Advanced practical experience using generative AI in professional communications.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills; ability to brief executives.
• Experience advising C-suite and senior executives.
• Strong media relationships and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute corporate communications strategies.
• Shape external narrative around AI, technology and product leadership.
• Lead media strategy for major announcements and events.
• Create and manage a communications calendar.
• Lead internal communications across LexisNexis Legal.
• Plan global employee town halls and CEO remarks.

• Lead complex initiatives with limited supervision.
• Build relationships across a large organization.
• Prioritize requests based on impact and deadlines.
• Manage multiple initiatives against aggressive deadlines.
