ServiceNow in the United States is seeking a Director of Enterprise AI Operations to scale strategy, governance, portfolio-management, and value-realization practices across the AI org. You will establish rhythms, decision forums, and executive reporting to drive responsible AI at scale.

This role requires 12–15 years in strategy and operations, senior-level experience in complex enterprise tech, and superb executive communication.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience in strategy and operations, enterprise transformation, AI, management consulting, product operations, or program leadership.
• Experience at senior manager or director level in complex enterprise technology environments.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders across technical, business, finance, risk and product.

Responsibilities

• Establish and run the operating cadence for Enterprise AI strategy, planning, execution, governance, and value realization.
• Build executive-ready mechanisms for prioritization, decision making, risk review, roadmap alignment, and cross-functional accountability.
• Prepare leadership communications, executive narratives, decision memos, operating reviews, and customer-facing materials.
• Create forums, agendas, inputs, outputs, and follow-through across AI committees and BI reviews.
• Ensure teams stay aligned around priorities, owners, milestones, risks, and measurable outcomes.
• Mature the Measure and ROI pillar of AI Control Tower with finance and AI Champions.
• Establish portfolio-level visibility into AI initiatives, investment, value, adoption, and risk.
• Partner with risk, compliance, security, legal, privacy, and finance on the AI governance roadmap.
• Help leaders decide what to fund, scale, pause, retire, mediate, or consolidate.
