You will guide researchers, define strategy, and translate research into production-grade technologies, with a strong focus on end-to-end ASR and multilingual capabilities.

Qualificações

• Proven hands-on experience developing and training modern end-to-end ASR models.
• Deep expertise in speech recognition, deep learning, and neural network architectures.
• Strong experience with Conformer, RNN-T, Transformer-based ASR, or CTC.
• Experience with streaming, real-time, or low-latency speech recognition systems.
• Strong knowledge of multilingual ASR, acoustic modeling, and speech representation learning.
• Demonstrated ability to lead research initiatives and drive technical innovation.
