Red Ventures is seeking a Director of AI Product Management, Platform, to own the platform’s strategy and roadmap. You will lead a team defining core capabilities for agent systems, including authoring workflows, connectivity, identity, governance, and cost management for regulated enterprise clients.
You will collaborate with product and engineering teams, client stakeholders, and business leaders to drive adoption and measurable impact from platform investments, in a hybrid work setting across
This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our South Charlotte, NC or New York, NY office.
Red Ventures Growth and Transformation empowers partners through a unique blend of high‑scale proprietary distribution, data models, AI‑enabled applications, and strategic client partnerships. We help our clients unlock significant and sustainable growth across the home services and financial services ecosystems, ranging from telecommunications and deregulated energy to credit cards and deposits. As a Red Ventures company, we have more than 20 years of experience building strategic, long‑standing relationships with some of the world’s most powerful brands across industries like financial services, retail, real estate, and entertainment.
We believe the next phase of advantage will come from integrated operating systems that connect decisioning, execution, intelligence, and governance into a shared foundation that improves over time. RVGT is investing in that future through our Growth Operating System, a set of reusable workflows, agents, context layers, and governance mechanisms designed to help our teams and our partners drive growth more efficiently, more intelligently, and at greater scale.
At the center of that system is our enterprise AI agent platform, the layer our teams and partners use to build, govern, deploy, and operate AI agents, including inside some of the largest institutions in the country. The platform is not a single application. It is the foundation that lets every application be built faster and run more safely, anchored in three commitments: governance by default (security, privacy, and compliance built into every agent and every tool connection), codified learning that compounds time to value across teams, and lab‑agnostic AI management so our partners are never locked into a single model provider or agent framework.
We are seeking a Director of AI Product Management, Platform, to own the platform’s product strategy and roadmap. You will lead a team defining the core capabilities that every agent depends on: agent authoring and promotion workflows, tool and data connectivity through MCP, identity and access, policy and governance controls, observability and cost management, and deployment models that meet the requirements of regulated enterprise clients. Your customers are the product and engineering teams building on the platform, the client stakeholders who must approve it, and the business leaders who need to see measurable impact from it. This role carries significant visibility across our client services division and with our partners. You will help stakeholders understand what the platform is and why it matters and drive adoption that turns platform investment into business outcomes.
Total Cash Compensation Range: $215,0000 – $305,000 per year
New York City Total Cash Compensation Range: $268,750 – $381,250 per year
This role is also eligible for Equity, which is offered separately from the total cash compensation listed above. Actual compensation varies based on location, experience, and qualifications.
