Job summary

You will guide architecture, set standards for responsible AI, and collaborate with product and business stakeholders to deliver production AI applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field and 15+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of engineering management experience leading software and ML teams.
• Experience programming in Python, Java, C++, or modern OO languages.
• Experience building scalable data-driven AI/ML systems and AI-native applications.
• Experience deploying systems utilizing LLMs, NLP, Generative AI, or Agentic AI architectures.

Responsibilities

• Drive engineering Delivery: lead end-to-end development of agentic AI solutions for CX.
• Architecture and platform: lead core platform build for Agentic solutions.
• Lead Engineering Teams: mentor cross-functional teams through full delivery lifecycle.
• Standardize Tech Stack: evaluate and standardize tools and model infrastructure.
• Align Cross-Functionally: translate strategic requirements to production AI apps.
• Set Engineering Standards: establish best practices for responsible AI and observability.
