Working with our in-house knowledge professionals the role will also be responsible for overseeing knowledge asset taxonomy and precedent/template curation with Knowledge and Innovation Lawyers and designing and delivering AI related knowledge—including search, drafting aids, clause banks, and playbooks—and overseeing the capture and curation of AI use cases aligned with practice and business priorities. This will involve providing strategic oversight and leadership of the global team reporting to the AI Enablement Director, coordinating projects and initiatives, and supporting Practice Group and business function outreach. The role will collaborate with the firm's Knowledge and Innovation Lawyer community to ensure alignment with their efforts and broader strategic initiatives.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape how a leading global law firm leverages AI and knowledge to transform the practice of law. You’ll be at the forefront of redefining how lawyers work, fostering meaningful change, and delivering real impact for both firm colleagues and clients.

  • Champion positive behavioral change so AI becomes a natural, trusted part of the way teams work.
  • Define meaningful engagement and adoption metrics, and report clearly on participation, usage and impact.
  • Partner with LPM, Pricing and Business Development teams to shape legal AI service offerings, client narratives and RFP content.

  • Strong people management, coordination and listening skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Able to persuade, influence and inspire senior stakeholders across the firm.
  • Empathetic and collaborative, with the ability to bring people with you across teams, practices and business services functions.
