Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• 10+ years of Product Management or related customer facing work experience.
• 15+ years of customer facing experience, with at least 5 years focused on data center or AI infrastructure.
• Familiarity with emerging data center trends such as disaggregation, agentic AI, and Connectivity trends (NPO/CPO).
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable with financial modeling, market sizing, and competitive benchmarking.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for AI-centric data center Connectivity Products.
• Lead market analysis to identify emerging system-level trends and implications for Connectivity Products.
• Collaborate with silicon architects, systems engineers, firmware and software teams to translate market and customer needs into MRD documents.
• Engage directly with hyperscale cloud providers and other customers and strategic partners to gather feedback and drive early deployment of Connectivity Solutions.
• Partner with marketing and sales leadership to craft compelling value propositions, competitive positioning, launch plans and go-to-market collateral.
• Drive design-in of Connectivity products with Hyperscalers and their suppliers in conjunction with Sales Team.
