The Agentic Leadership Development team sits at the intersection of talent, technology, and organizational transformation — building the future manager operating model for Salesforce's Human + AI era. As Director, Agentic Learning, you will lead the enterprise strategy that equips 12,000 leaders to orchestrate work across humans and digital labor, driving capability change that is embedded directly into the flow of work — not sitting in a classroom. This is a hybrid role with three days in office each week.
