Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
Worldlink seeks a Director of Advancement to lead the Development Team, grow donor resources, and align fundraising with Worldlink’s mission. You will develop plans, manage donor relationships, and ensure proper use of Neon CRM and ClickUp while expanding remote work options.
Under the President’s supervision, you will oversee growth initiatives, maintain program integrity, and empower indigenous missionaries through sustainable support for ever-larger teams.
Worldlink is a Christian ministry and our VISION is: To see God’s Good News shared with every unreached person transforming individuals and communities. In pursuing that desired outcome, our particular MISSION is: To empower indigenous missionaries to share the tangible love of God and the Good News of Jesus with the world’s least-reached people.
There are almost 8.1 billion people in our world composed of 17,280 distinct people groups. About 3.4 billion people (42% of the world’s population) in 7,189 groups would be categorized as “unreached” living with limited gospel access and little or no opportunity to hear the Good News of Jesus in a location and language to which they can logically respond in saving faith and begin a life of following him. Nearly 2 billion of our world’s inhabitants live where there are no known gospel movements and less than 0.1% Christians.
Worldlink and our indigenous missionary partners are reaching these least-reached people.
A typical person reached by our indigenous missionary partners would be:
We have over 2000 indigenous missionary partners in 60 countries. In the past 12 months their ministry has resulted in 1,517,460 people hearing the Good News of Jesus and, by God’s grace, 193,347 of then putting their faith in Christ. Our current Annual Income is $1.7M which all comes from the giving of individuals, churches and foundations in the USA and UK. We have seen God supply over triple the number of missionary partners and over double our yearly gift income in the past 5 years. Continuous growth in Worldlink’s ministry will necessitate continuous growth in gift income.
God is growing Worldlink’s impact! To continue, and to escape, that growth we are growing our Valley Forge, PA based Home Team by adding a Director of Advancement.
This team member is a key asset to the ministry as they provide leadership for Worldlink’s Development Team and take responsibility for the ministry-wide efforts to put ourselves in the place where God will entrust us with ever-growing resources to support ever-larger missionary teams to see ever-greater impact. As directed by their supervisor, this team member will perform other tasks required to make the greatest possible contribution to Worldlink’s mission.
While repetitive tasks are certainly part of this position, responsibilities will vary from week to week based on the ministry needs.
