Job summary

Charter College is seeking a Director of Admissions (Education Sales) to lead the Admissions Department on campus in Vancouver, WA. You will supervise Admissions Representatives, provide coaching, and drive enrollment strategies to meet targets while ensuring compliance with accrediting and DOE requirements.

The ideal candidate has admissions sales experience in education, strong leadership, and a track record of managing sales teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Admissions sales experience within the education industry.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of combined experience in business, customer service, education, or related fields, including 5 years in a management role.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales management experience.
• Experience managing and developing sales teams, including remote employees.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the Admissions Department to meet or exceed enrollment goals.
• Directly supervise Admissions Representatives and provide training and coaching.
• Analyze admissions data and develop strategies to hit enrollment targets.
• Ensure admissions policies align with accrediting bodies and DOE requirements.
• Lead meetings, monitor performance, and develop campus recruitment campaigns.
